The first few times you bake, watch foods closely as they approach being “done”. If they brown faster than expected, reduce the temperature until you get the results you want.

If you need to store the rectangular roaster in your refrigerator, you can easily put things on top of the “lid”, bringing extra functionality and saves space.

The broiler pan can be used as a single item to fry peppers or French fries in your oven or can be used as a broiler lid on top of the rectangular roaster to broil your chicken.
